What to expect with your first appointment

  • BEFORE

    Book your session through our online booking system! Shortly after, we will reach out to gather more info on your hair goals and special requests. This ensures that we are a match and that we have plenty of time set aside for your first appointment.

  • DAY OF

    Feel free to bring a good book, ear buds, and your work if you’d like. We will have drinks, snacks and a smile to greet you. If you want to chat, we are down for that, too! Parking is available in the back lot or on 3rd street. Leave the kiddos and furry friends at home, and be prepared to chillax!

  • AFTER

    We will follow up with you to make sure you are loving your new style. Your service has a 7 day complimentary touch up guarantee should something feel not quite right. Make sure to pre-book your next appointment, and follow any at-home care guidelines. We can’t wait to get to know you better!

Cancelation policy

Your hair appointmet is reserved specifically just for you. We kindly ask that you notify us 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to reschedule, and the late cancellation fee will apply.

For appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours, we charge 50% of the service total. This applies to no-show appointments as well.

Exceptions may be made due to contagious illness. If you arrive to your appointment sick, you will be asked to reschedule.
